Refund policy

At ROKEAH, your satisfaction matters. Because fragrances and personal-care products are hygiene-sensitive items, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

 

Return window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

 

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

How to start a return: Email us at info@rokeah.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll be notified by email once it's processed.

 

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us at info@rokeah.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
